The Nature of Milan Creations
Milan garments are created through a combination of artistic vision and technical craftsmanship. Each design reflects a balance between couture inspiration and practical wearability. As part of this creative process, slight variations may occur between images, showroom samples, and final production pieces. Differences in lace placement, fabric movement, colour tone, or detailing are natural results of handcrafted production and form part of the individuality of each garment. Visual materials presented online or in showrooms serve as aesthetic guidance rather than exact technical specifications.
Creative Interpretation
Fashion is inherently interpretative. Milan retains creative discretion in the execution of each design, including adjustments necessary to ensure structural quality, fit integrity, and aesthetic balance. Marketing imagery, editorial styling, and social media visuals represent the spirit of the design but may differ from final garments due to artistic presentation, photography conditions, or styling variations. Subjective expectations or third-party opinions regarding aesthetic differences do not constitute valid grounds for claims where the overall design identity remains intact.
Orders and Production
An order becomes binding once confirmed electronically or once production has commenced. Due to the made-to-order nature of most Milan garments, cancellations are not possible once production has begun. Milan reserves the right to adjust or decline orders when required for operational or technical reasons.
Pricing and Commercial Structure
All prices are displayed in EUR. For professional clients, prices exclude VAT, import duties, and local taxes. Compliance with local regulations remains the responsibility of the Client. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice as part of normal commercial development.
Production Tolerance and Design Integrity
During production, technical refinements may be implemented to ensure durability, structure, and design quality. These adjustments may include minor repositioning of decorative elements or construction enhancements. Such refinements fall within couture industry standards and are not considered defects.
Fit and Alterations
Fit is influenced by individual body proportions. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, final alterations remain the responsibility of the retailer or end client. Milan cannot guarantee individual fit without local adjustments, and differences arising from body shape or posture do not constitute manufacturing errors.
Modifications After Delivery
Once a garment has been delivered, any alterations or modifications carried out by third parties are performed at their own responsibility. Milan cannot accept claims related to areas affected by external modifications.
Retailer Communication
Professional partners are responsible for communicating accurate information to their clients. Any promises or representations made beyond Milan’s official specifications are the sole responsibility of the retailer.
Delivery and Wedding Deadlines
Delivery timelines are estimates based on production planning and logistics conditions. While Milan strives to meet expected timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond reasonable control. Wedding dates or event deadlines are external factors. Milan shall not be held responsible for indirect losses arising from delivery delays when reasonable timelines have been communicated.
Inspection and Claims

Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, logos, and brand elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Milan. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Privacy and Data Protection
